Demi Moore and husband, Ashton Kutcher have teamed up with jeweler Jack Vartanian to create a line of handcuff necklaces for Valentine’s Day. The necklaces, featuring interlocking handcuffs are made of 18k white gold and tiny, shiny diamonds.
