It’s true that men can be just as self-conscious about their bodies as women can, but this news seems to walk on the absurd side somehow: Starting next month, London department store Selfridges will start selling Man Spanx, control-top tops for men—shirts that offer not just sucking-in, but sculpting-up. I had to go check out the Spanx web site, and sure enough, the hilarity ensued. I mean, do the models in this photo look like they need to be reshaped?

In all fairness, everyone should have the right to a toned tummy and thus, men deserve Spanx too.
