Sunsilk Waves of Envy, Sea Mist- promises texture AND softness, a wining combination. The killer drugstore price tag of $3.99 doesn’t hurt either.
Garnier Fructis Surf Cream- the only cream “surf” product I have seen- but offers great hold which is a nice added plus. I would imagine this is best for women with thicker hair.
Sedu Beach Spray- makers of the best flat iron I have ever tried have also launched a great wave spray. Great for all colors and offers a shimmery, rippled wave effect.
